Mes, juridinio asmens pavadinimas CodeVision, MB, juridinio asmens kodas 304451886, adresas Draugystės g. 17-1, LT-51229 Kaunas (toliau - Bendrovė arba Mes), rūpinamės savo kliento, e-parduotuvės Monofleet.lt naudotojo (toliau - Jūs arba Naudotojas) (toliau - E-parduotuvė) duomenų saugumu ir privatumu.
Ši Privatumo politika yra skirta pateikti informaciją apie tai, kaip Bendrovė tvarko ir saugo Jūsų duomenis, Jums naudojantis E-parduotuve.
Jūsų asmens duomenų rinkimą, tvarkymą ir saugojimą, kiek tai susiję su Jūsų naudojimusi E-parduotuve, nustato ši privatumo politika, Lietuvos Respublikos Asmens duomenų teisinės apsaugos įstatymas ir kiti teisės aktai.
1. Sąvokos
1.1. Asmens duomenys - reiškia bet kokią informaciją, pagal kurią galima tiesiogiai arba netiesiogiai nustatyti Jūsų tapatybę. Tvarkomi šie Jūsų asmens duomenys:
- Pirkėjo vardas ir pavardė;
- Prekes atsiimsiančio asmens vardas ir pavardė;
- Pirkėjo kontaktiniai duomenys - elektroninio pašto adresas ir telefono numeris, adresas;
- Pirkėjo pristatymo duomenys - adresas, kuriuo bus pristatomos prekės ar kitas Pirkėjo pasirinkimas dėl prekių pristatymo / atsiėmimo;
- Pirkėjo pasirinktas mokėjimo būdas ir įvesti mokėjimo duomenys;
- Jūsų E-parduotuvėje atliktų užsakymų istoriją;
- IP adresą;
- tinklo ir vietos duomenis, kai juos suteikiate;
- Jūsų užklausų ir nusiskundimų istoriją;
- kitus viešai prieinamus duomenis, kuriais Jūs pasidalinote lankydamasis elektroninėje parduotuvėje;
- Jūsų užsakytų sekiklių duomenys: vieta, sensorių duomenys.
1.2. Asmens duomenų tvarkymas - reiškia bet kokią su asmens duomenimis atliekamą operaciją (tokią kaip - informacijos rinkimas, redagavimas, keitimas, įrašymas, saugojimas, prieigos suteikimas, užklausų pateikimas, archyvavimas ir pan.).

1.4. Duomenų subjektas - bet kuris fizinis asmuo, kurio duomenis tvarko Bendrovė
1.5. Svetainė - monofleet.lt.
2. Jūsų asmens duomenų tvarkymas naudojantis E-parduotuve ir lankantis Svetainėje
2.1. Pateikdamas duomenis Bendrovei, Duomenų subjektas sutinka, kad Asmens duomenys būtų naudojami Bendrovei siekiant užtikrinti E-parduotuvės funkcionavimą Duomenų subjekto pageidaujamais tikslais.
2.2. Jūsų asmens duomenis Bendrovė tvarko šiais pagrindai:
- Bendrovė gauna aiškiai išreikštą Jūsų sutikimą tvarkyti Jūsų duomenis tokiu būdu, t.y. kai Jūs sukuriate naudotojo paskyrą;
- Jūs atliekate užsakymą E-parduotuvėje, kuris yra priimamas ir vykdomas, tokiu būdu sudarant sutartį su Jumis ir ją vykdant;
- Prisijungiate gautais prisijungimo duomenimis;
- taip pat tais atvejais kai Bendrovė turi tvarkyti Jūsų duomenis turėdama teisinę pareigą;
- yra įgyvendinami Bendrovės teisėti interesai. Mes tvarkysime Jūsų Asmens duomenis, jeigu tam turime teisėtą interesą ir toks duomenų tvarkymas nepažeidžia Jūsų interesų ir teisių apsaugos.
2.3. Bendrovė Jūsų duomenis tvarko šiais tikslais:
- Efektyviam, optimaliam ir Jums patogiam E-parduotuvės funkcionavimui;
- Siekiant užtikrinti sklandų E-parduotuvės administravimą;
-Jūsų paskyros registravimui ir palaikymui;
- Tinkamam Jūsų užsakytų paslaugų suteikimui;
- Siekiant Jums pateikti aktualią informaciją, atsakyti į Jūsų klausimus, užklausas;
- Vykdant statistinę ir kitą analizę, skirtą tobulinti E-parduotuvės veiklą ir Jūsų patirtį ja naudojantis;
- Kai lankotės Svetainėje, Bendrovė gali tvarkyti Jūsų IP adresą, tinklo ir vietos duomenis, Šie Asmens duomenys yra renkami slapukų ir kitų panašių technologijų pagalba Naudotojo sutikimo pagrindu.
- Kitiems tikslams, kurie gali būti Jums nurodomi Jūsų duomenų pateikimo metu.
3. Asmens duomenų teikimas trečiosioms šalims
3.1. Mes įsipareigojame jūsų Asmens duomenų atžvilgiu laikytis konfidencialumo pareigos. Jūsų Asmens duomenys gali būti atskleisti trečiosioms šalims tik tada, jeigu to reikia sutarčiai duomenų subjekto naudai sudaryti ir vykdyti, arba dėl kitų teisėtų priežasčių.
3.2. Bendrovė gali pateikti Asmens duomenis savo duomenų tvarkytojams, kurie teikia Bendrovei paslaugas ir tvarko asmens duomenis Bendrovės vardu. Tokie Bendrovės pasirinkti Asmens duomenų tvarkytojai turi teisę tvarkyti Asmens duomenis tik pagal Bendrovės nurodymus ir tik tokia apimtimi, kiek tai yra būtina siekiant tinkamai vykdyti Bendrovės ir paslaugų tiekėjo sutartyje nustatytus įsipareigojimus. Užtikriname Jus, kad Bendrovė bendradarbiauja tik su tokiais duomenų tvarkytojais, kurie garantuoja tinkamas priemones (organizacines ir technines) Asmens duomenų tvarkymui ir užtikrina Asmens duomenų tvarkymą pagal teisės aktų reikalavimus.
3.3. Įmonė taip pat gali teikti asmens duomenis atsakydama į teismo arba valstybinių institucijų prašymus ta apimtimi, kiek tai būtina siekiant tinkamai vykdyti galiojančius teisės aktus ir valstybinių institucijų nurodymus.
4. Asmens duomenų saugojimo terminas
4.1. Jūsų asmens duomenis saugome tik tokį laikotarpį, kuris yra būtinas privatumo politikoje numatytų tikslų įgyvendinimui bei užsakymo.
4.2. Bendrovė pasilieka teisę bet kada pašalinti Jūsų asmens duomenis be išankstinio pranešimo.
4.3. Jūs taip pat galite pareikalauti, kad Jūsų paskyra E-parduotuvėje būtų panaikinta.
5. Nepilnamečių Asmens duomenys
5.1. Mes rūpinamės nepilnamečių privatumo apsauga. Informuojame, kad mūsų E-parduotuvė ir Svetainė nėra pritaikytos asmenims, jaunesniems nei 18 metų amžiaus.
5.2. Asmenys, kurie yra jaunesni negu 18 metų, negali teikti jokių Asmens duomenų E-parduotuvėje ir Svetainėje.
5.3. Jei asmuo yra jaunesnis negu 18 metų, norėdamas naudotis E-parduotuve ar Svetaine, prieš pateikiant Asmens duomenis, privalo turėti bent vieno iš teisėtų atstovų (tėvo, motinos, globėjo (-os)) rašytinį sutikimą dėl asmens duomenų tvarkymo.
6. Duomenų subjektų teisės
6.1. Būdamas Duomenų subjektu, turite šias Duomenų subjekto teises:
6.1.1. Teisė gauti informaciją apie duomenų tvarkymą (“teisė žinoti”).
6.1.2. Teisė susipažinti su tvarkomais duomenimis (“teisė susipažinti”).
6.1.3. Teisė reikalauti ištaisyti duomenis (“teisė ištaisyti”).
6.1.4. Teisė reikalauti ištrinti duomenis (“teisė būti pamirštam“). Ši teisė netaikoma, jei asmens duomenys, kuriuos prašoma ištrinti, yra tvarkomi ir kitu teisiniu pagrindu, tokiu kaip tvarkymas būtinas sutarties vykdymui arba yra pareigos pagal taikomus teisės aktus vykdymas.
6.1.5. Teisė apriboti duomenų tvarkymą (“teisė apribotii”).
6.1.6. Teisė nesutikti su duomenų tvarkymu.
6.1.7. Teisė į duomenų perkeliamumą. Teisė į duomenų perkeliamumą negali daryti neigiamo poveikio kitų teisėms ir laisvėms. Duomenų subjektas teisės į duomenų perkeliamumą neturi tų asmens duomenų atžvilgiu, kurie tvarkomi neautomatiniu būdu susistemintose rinkmenose, pavyzdžiui, popierinėse bylose.
6.1.8. Teisė reikalauti, kad nebūtų taikomas tik automatizuotas duomenų tvarkymas, įskaitant profiliavimą.
6.1.9. Teisė pateikti skundą dėl asmens duomenų tvarkymo Valstybinei duomenų apsaugos inspekcijai.
6.2. Siekdami įgyvendinti savo teises, galite pateikti mums paklausimą ar prašymą raštu: [email protected]. Gavę tokio pobūdžio prašymą ar paklausimą iš Jūsų, galime paprašyti Jūsų užpildyti reikiamas formas, taip pat - pateikti notariškai patvirtintą Jūsų asmens dokumento kopiją, kuri Mums reikalinga įsitikinti Jūsų tapatybe, siekiant išvengti Asmens duomenų atskleidimo.
6.3. Po Jūsų prašymo ar paklausimo dėl Asmens duomenų tvarkymo gavimo, Mes įsipareigojame ne vėliau kaip per 1 mėnesį nuo kreipimosi dienos pateikti Jums atsakymą ir atlikti prašyme nurodytus veiksmus arba informuoti Jus, kodėl atsisakome juos atlikti. Prireikus nurodytas laikotarpis gali būti pratęstas dar 2 mėnesiais, atsižvelgiant į prašymų sudėtingumą ir skaičių. Tokiu atveju, per 1 mėnesį nuo prašymo gavimo dienos mes informuosime Jus apie tokį pratęsimą.
6.4. Jei Jums paprašius Asmens duomenys yra ištrinami, mes saugosime tik informacijos kopijas, kurios yra būtinos siekiant apsaugoti mūsų ir kitų asmenų teisėtus interesus, laikytis valstybės institucijų įpareigojimų, spręsti ginčus, atpažinti trikdžius arba laikytis bet kokių susitarimų, kuriuos esate sudarę su mumis.
6.5. Jei manote, kad Jūsų, kaip Duomenų subjekto teisės buvo pažeistos, taip pat galite pateikti skundą Mus prižiūrinčiai Asmens duomenų apsaugos institucijai – Valstybinei duomenų apsaugos inspekcijai, daugiau informacijos ir kontaktinius duomenis galite rasti inspekcijos svetainėje <www.ada.lt>.
7. Slapukų politika
7.1. Mūsų Svetainėje gali būti naudojami slapukai bei kitos sekimo technologijos. Slapukų pagalba, Mūsų Svetainė gali tam tikrą laiką „prisiminti“ Jūsų veiksmus ir pasirinkimus naršant Svetainėje (pvz., registracijos duomenis, Jūsų parinkties kalbą ir kitas rodymo parinktis).

We, CodeVision, MB, legal entity code 304451886, address Draugystes g. 17-1, LT-51229 Kaunas (hereinafter the Company or We), care about the security and privacy of our customer and the user of the Monofleet.lt e-shop (hereinafter You or the User) (hereinafter the E-shop).
This Privacy Policy is intended to provide information on how the Company processes and stores Your data when You use the E-shop.
The collection, processing, and storage of Your personal data, insofar as it relates to Your use of the E-shop, is determined by this Privacy Policy, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and other legal acts.
1. Definitions
1.1. Personal data means any information by which Your identity can be determined directly or indirectly. The following personal data is processed:
- Buyer's name and surname;
- Name and surname of the person who will collect the goods;
- Buyer's contact details - email address, telephone number, and address;
- Buyer's delivery details - the address to which the goods will be delivered or another delivery / collection option selected by the Buyer;
- Buyer's selected payment method and entered payment details;
- History of orders placed by You in the E-shop;
- IP address;
- Network and location data when You provide them;
- History of Your inquiries and complaints;
- Other publicly available data that You share while visiting the E-shop;
- Data of the trackers ordered by You: location and sensor data.
1.2. Processing of personal data means any operation performed on personal data (such as collecting, editing, changing, recording, storing, granting access, submitting inquiries, archiving, etc.).

1.4. Data subject - any natural person whose data is processed by the Company.

2. Processing of Your personal data when using the E-shop and visiting the Website
2.1. By submitting data to the Company, the Data subject agrees that Personal data will be used by the Company for the purposes requested by the Data subject in order to ensure the functioning of the E-shop.
2.2. The Company processes Your personal data on the following grounds:
- The Company receives Your explicit consent to process Your data in this manner, i.e. when You create a user account;
- You place an order in the E-shop, which is accepted and executed, thus concluding and performing a contract with You;
- You log in using the login data provided to You;
- Also in cases where the Company must process Your data in order to comply with a legal obligation;
- The legitimate interests of the Company are being pursued. We will process Your Personal data if we have a legitimate interest to do so and such processing does not violate the protection of Your interests and rights.
2.3. The Company processes Your data for the following purposes:
- For efficient, optimal, and convenient functioning of the E-shop for You;
- To ensure smooth administration of the E-shop;
- For registration and maintenance of Your account;
- For proper provision of the services ordered by You;
- In order to provide You with relevant information and respond to Your questions and inquiries;
- For statistical and other analysis intended to improve the operation of the E-shop and Your experience using it;
- When You visit the Website, the Company may process Your IP address, network and location data. This Personal data is collected with the help of cookies and other similar technologies on the basis of the User's consent;
- For other purposes that may be indicated to You at the time You submit Your data.
3. Disclosure of personal data to third parties
3.1. We undertake to comply with the duty of confidentiality in relation to Your Personal data. Your Personal data may be disclosed to third parties only if this is necessary to conclude and perform a contract for the benefit of the data subject, or for other legitimate reasons.
3.2. The Company may provide Personal data to its data processors that provide services to the Company and process personal data on behalf of the Company. Such data processors selected by the Company have the right to process Personal data only according to the Company's instructions and only to the extent necessary to properly perform the obligations established in the agreement between the Company and the service provider. We assure You that the Company cooperates only with such data processors that ensure appropriate measures (organizational and technical) for the processing of Personal data and ensure processing in accordance with the requirements of legal acts.
3.3. The Company may also provide personal data in response to requests from courts or public authorities to the extent necessary to properly comply with applicable legal acts and instructions of public authorities.
4. Retention period of personal data
4.1. We store Your personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and the order.
4.2. The Company reserves the right to delete Your personal data at any time without prior notice.
4.3. You may also request that Your account in the E-shop be deleted.
5. Personal data of minors
5.1. We care about the protection of minors' privacy. We inform You that our E-shop and Website are not adapted for persons under 18 years of age.
5.2. Persons under 18 years of age may not provide any Personal data in the E-shop and on the Website.
5.3. If a person is under 18 years of age and wishes to use the E-shop or the Website, before providing Personal data they must have the written consent of at least one of their legal representatives (father, mother, guardian) regarding the processing of personal data.
6. Rights of data subjects
6.1. As a Data subject, You have the following rights:
6.1.1. The right to receive information about data processing (the "right to know").
6.1.2. The right to access the processed data (the "right of access").
6.1.3. The right to request rectification of data (the "right to rectification").
6.1.4. The right to request deletion of data (the "right to be forgotten"). This right does not apply if the personal data requested to be deleted is also processed on another legal basis, such as processing necessary for the performance of a contract or compliance with obligations under applicable legal acts.
6.1.5. The right to restrict data processing (the "right to restriction").

6.1.7. The right to data portability. The right to data portability may not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others. The data subject does not have the right to data portability in respect of personal data processed by non-automated means in structured filing systems, for example paper files.
6.1.8. The right to request that only automated data processing, including profiling, is not applied.
6.1.9. The right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
6.2. In order to exercise Your rights, You may submit an inquiry or request to us in writing: [email protected]. Upon receiving such a request or inquiry from You, we may ask You to fill in the necessary forms and also provide a notarized copy of Your personal identity document, which is necessary for us to verify Your identity in order to avoid disclosure of Personal data.
6.3. After receiving Your request or inquiry regarding the processing of Personal data, We undertake to provide You with a response and to carry out the actions specified in the request, or to inform You why we refuse to do so, no later than within 1 month from the date of the request. If necessary, the indicated period may be extended by a further 2 months, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. In such a case, within 1 month from the date of receiving the request, we will inform You about such extension.
6.4. If Personal data is deleted at Your request, we will retain only copies of information necessary to protect our legitimate interests and those of other persons, comply with obligations imposed by public authorities, resolve disputes, identify disruptions, or comply with any agreements You have entered into with us.
6.5. If You believe that Your rights as a Data subject have been violated, You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority supervising us - the State Data Protection Inspectorate. More information and contact details can be found on the authority's website at <www.ada.lt>.
